Chief Data Officer

SENIOR DATA LEADER - FINTECH - SCALE UP - TRANSFORMATION

As CDO, you'll be directly responsible for Data Science, Engineering and Analytics. Each Team has an existing 'Head of', that you will manage and nuture.

You'll help build short and long term strategy, to ensure this company becomes Data-First, utilising Machine Learning.

The role:

• Grow and manage a team of around 20, with 3-4 direct reports.
• Advise on best approaches and methods, whilst always being extremely commercially focussed.
• Prioritise Data Roadmap, and adding more structure to a scaling company. Building Machine Learning Models, to unlock the potential behind customer data.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience leading multiple Data teams, and inspiring change.
• Experience in a modern FinTech environment, or other high transaction fields like retail, gambling or payments.
• Someone in a small-mid sized company, who can understand Data from acquisition, through to Data Science etc.
