Acquisition Marketing Manager B2B


To £50,000 plus benefits


Exciting opportunity to join an innovative and fast-moving property tech business in their B2B team, as a Marketing Manager focusing on the acquisition of SME businesses. Managing the end-to-end prospect journey, you'll build acquisition strategies, programmes and multi-channel campaigns to drive revenue and scale growth across the business.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and execute marketing strategies that drive acquisition - lifting conversion rates, driving marketing qualified leads and growing revenue
  • Design, manage and implement campaign strategies across multiple channels
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses. Methodically test channels, tactics, and creative to improve marketing performance
  • Partner with internal teams to align on strategies to drive revenue and growth.
  • Maintain close partnerships with the sales teams to drive quality inbound leads
  • Manage website content, functionality and optimisation programmes using AB testing tools
  • Adopt industry best practice, seeking new, innovative and exciting ways to engage our SME prospects and drive business impact
  • Build and maintain agency relationships by setting goals, providing media assets, performance feedback, and managing budgets

Essential skills
  • Experienced in planning, proposition development, audience insights, and measurement to achieve growth within a subscription business
  • Significant experience in acquisition-focused paid media channels and a track record of building and delivering high impact campaigns
  • Strong commercial drive
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets
  • Ability to adapt and flex to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about contemporary, innovative, purposeful marketing

Desired skills
  • Experience in/or working for technology companies or digitally native businesses i.e. PropTech or SaaS
  • Experience of first-hand use of digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager/ social media analytics i.e. Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter
  • Experience using automation and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier, DataStudio
