Role: Brand Manager

We're looking for a high potential, established Brand Manager with FMCG brand marketing experience and experience of the UK retail landscape and UK consumer. The Brand Manager will manage two fantastic brands, each with their own opportunities and challenges. One is a brand in need of rejuvenation and fresh energy, the other needs the Brand Manager to adapt, amplify and continue growth momentum!
This is an autonomous role needing strong leadership skills and the right attitude - a self-starter, confident independent marketer, a positive attitude to learning, a solutions seeker and someone not afraid to challenge and find a way through. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build rapport with others is also hugely important as this is a cross functional role and will also require working with the US HQ.
eCommerce is a focus retail channel for these two brands, however, there is a strong presence on the high street too. Digital marketing, social media and working with influencers will be the main form of consumer comms, along with a heavy focus on brand standout at point of purchase, all of which the Brand Manager will lead and manage.
