GLORY are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Central Marketing function reporting into Basingstoke, UK.

This role can be based remotely anywhere in the UK with the expectation of travel to the Basingstoke office once every few weeks (following the easing of lockdown restrictions)

You will be passionate about storytelling, digital content creation and demand generation and you will embrace our passion for providing first class cash automation and management solutions in Retail, Financial Institutions, Hospitality and Gaming.

The Content Marketing Manager ensures GLORY customers are well informed of our offering through designing, developing and deploying Thought Leadership and demand generation content.

As part of our long-term vision for strategic growth, the Content Marketing Manager will help build brand awareness in new markets ensuring GLORY is a voice worth listening to.

Key accountabilities include:

Demand Generation Content - focussing on current portfolio of solutions, develop outbound demand generation and sales tools which uncover new leads and opportunities for sales teams to pursue. Examples of core content deliverables include but may not be limited to white papers, eBooks, infographics, blogs, webinars.

Thought Leadership Content - focussing on emerging technologies, shifts in consumer behaviour and the evolution of business processes; you will develop content that positions GLORY as a thought leader in the industries we serve. Examples of core content include white papers, blogs, keynote presentations and internal webinars.

Social Media Content - drive organic inbound links, bring potential buyers to our site and engage them, as well as raising GLORY's Thought Leadership profile.

Sales Tools - lead with presentations, webinars, keynotes and other content that provides global Sales teams with well researched talking points and conversation starters to position our solutions against top-of-mind issues and emerging opportunities for their customers.


  • BA/BSc in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent working experience)
  • Proven results in demand generation
  • Experience creating a social audience through different channels and formats such as webinars, videos, blogs etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in Social Media


  • 3+ years' experience in content creation/editorial
  • Deep understanding of GLORY's solution portfolio and the benefits it delivers to our customers (can be acquired through research prior to interview)


  • Exceptional writing skills - ability to efficiently write accurate, fact-checked and well-structured content while maintaining GLORY brand, voice, tone and style
  • Creativity - Continuously generating and implementing new ideas, both content and delivery, that get noticed, create impact and increase customer engagement
  • Inquisitive - Naturally curious and open to new ideas, always looking to expand knowledge and develop an informed viewpoint in many areas
  • Ambiguity - Must be comfortable translating conceptual ideas into tangible deliverables that can be easily understood and used across the marketing mix
  • Detail Oriented - editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Collaboration - A strong collaborator, able to build and maintain strong relationships with global teams to grow understanding and to co-create valuable content
  • Communication - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as presentation skills in both online and face to face environments
  • Travel - Comfortable with international travel
