Ecommerce Executive

• Use rule-based algorithms and manual modification to merchandise the website and mobile app

• Improve the journey for the customers by reviewing search words and drop offs
• Merchandise search terms and managing search analytics
• Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure best stock is marketed onsite to its maximum potential
• Monitor web stock levels, sell through rate and margin to make merchandising decisions for products
• Use analytics tools including Google Analytic to assist in the analysis of performance through daily and weekly reporting

• Communicate daily offers, incentives, product launches and marketing exposure to our affiliate partners, ensuring communications are accurate and delivered on time
• Find and review new affiliate advertisers to join the program acting as a point of contact for new opportunities as well as existing affiliates
• Work with our affiliate partners to respond to any queries
• Work with the merchandising teams to build and maintain onsite collection for targeted promotions
• Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to validate and approve payments

The Opportunity

As an Ecommerce Executive you will initially take on a split role across Affiliate Marketing and Digital Merchandising supporting with daily tasks across both of these areas. It is a great opportunity to gain an appreciation across multiple disciplines within e-commerce with the potential to specialise in one of these areas in the future.

Skills & Experience

• A passion for the product and an interest in footwear/fashion
• Analytically minded
• Strong understanding of Microsoft excel and confident using functions like vlookups and pivot tables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple projects and the ability to meet fixed deadlines
• Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload
