User Experience Lead

UX/UI Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end to end UCD process: delivery of personas, user journeys, sketches, wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Work closely with clients and key stakeholders to explore and understand their business objectives, and produce concepts & designs
• Work collaboratively with other designers, product managers and development teams, business analysts, engineers, and project managers
• Deliver designs for digital experiences within agreed quality, time and cost controls
• Collect in-depth insights into user's needs and motivations, manage content and information across digital products to deliver a positive experience
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Laise regularly with clients to ensure that designs meet their requirements and core business objectives
• Identify and implement areas of improvements
• Ensure all outputs are adhered to all relevant policies and standards

Job Requirements:

• A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential
• At least 3 years' experience in a UX Design role
• Related academic background
• Solid knowledge and understanding of core digital technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android and iOS
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Mandarin language skill highly desirable
