Location: Remote, United Kingdom

How you drive success:

• Active participation leading up the event, day of, post-event debrief
• Point person for the event
• Set up a demo site for pre-event rehearsal
• Actively support positive client relationships, providing continuous support pre, during, and post the event
• Problem-solving with internal and external teams on the event day

You are:

• Excellent internal and client-facing communications skills
• Work successfully as an individual as well as a team member
• Work well under pressure and can juggle multiple clients/projects at the same time
• Interested in joining a dynamic company in hyper-growth mode
• Be able to organize and compile information from multiple sources
• Strong attention to detail
• A four year college degree in Media, Entertainment, Event Management and/or Production

Hopefully, you have:

• Prior project management experience
• Prior work with Monday.com or other project management tools
• Have worked in the digital space before
• Strong working knowledge of Zoom, Webex, and other video communications platforms
