The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the EMEA (including Israel) territory field marketing strategy, building new and enhancing existing programs that maximize impact on various marketing objectives, generating demand through successful campaign execution, and leading a best in class team of talented, highly effective field marketers.

This role requires an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with strong communication and organizational skills to lead the team in planning, marketing, and executing our local programs at scale. The candidate should also enjoy developing strong relationships with their sales and marketing stakeholders and thrive on creating innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the Field Marketing strategy for EMEA based on ROI analysis, business requirements, test results, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Ensure consistency of company priorities through brand strategy and messaging in materials and communication
  • Meet or exceed targets for live field events, email campaigns and digital programs to increase awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
  • Development of scalable and efficient field marketing programs, processes, and sales enablement standards that allow effective time rapid response to field sales requests
  • Monitor seamless flow of leads from field events into marketing automation systems and to sales team stakeholders to maximize pipeline generation and conversion
  • Understand and analyse prospective customer behaviour patterns and implement new initiatives to increase conversions and drive pipeline
  • Drive engagement, share best practices, and build strong relationships with cross-functional global teams (Sales, Ops, Corp Comms/PR, Brand, etc).
  • Plan demand generation marketing programs to drive pipeline
  • Manage program budget and measure ROI of field marketing programs


Competencies:
  • 10+ years running field marketing programs and 5 years managing people
  • Experience having pipeline building responsibility and accountability for sales
  • Experience holding event budget authority and managing large budgets
  • Experience building new event programs, documentation, and enablement of cross-functional teams at scale
  • Experience driving increased demand and conversions for field marketing programs
  • Strong project, communication, and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Must be detail oriented, metrics driven, and be a very strong analytical thinker
