You will be responsible for leading all marcoms activities and execution cadence to support a consistent promotional and communications strategy. Your Key DeliverablesDigital MarketingThis is an opportunity to create and lead a team of marcoms professionals responsible for digital marketing and marcoms activities and delivering highly effective value-based communications. This position is responsible for the maturing of the digital marketing function, focusing on deployment of Eaton.com to align with global strategy and meet key performance metrics into and through Eloqua. This role will champion demand generating activities including a specific focus to build digital marketing capability. There will be a requirement to recruit and manage the individual responsible for the modernisation of our digital footprint including activation & development of own, partner & social channels.

Public Relations & Event ManagementThe role will partner with advertising agencies and public relations consultancies to develop communication programs with topics that are progressive and supportive of the overall brand that generate sales leads and strengthen the company's reputation in the market. This role will drive the content marketing and PR strategy, to raise awareness of products with targeted customers, tying legacy brands and products together into a one-Crouse Hinds offering, integrated within the company's segment approach. Coordinate sales participation at industry events, feedback on sales support requirements, lead follow-up and ROI. Ensure centrally selected suppliers, materials are used locally.

Lead Generation and KPI FocusResponsible for end-to-end lead generation and management processes across the sales and marketing function to ensure lead dissemination, routing and management is handled in the most efficient and effective way improving the cost of lead generation and win-rate from leads. As an analytical thinker, develop & leverage business intelligence relating to MarCom & CRM KPI's in pursuit of improved MarCom effectiveness. Tight fiscal management of all marcoms budgets to maximize return on investment, ensuring continuous improvement in all marketing communications activities.

Building Organisational CapabilitySupport a culture of continuous improvement and share impact of all marcoms programs and activities with wider Crouse Hinds EMEAI teams to support development of functional excellence. Stakeholder coordination will be key to ensure smooth execution of marcomms activities and projects. The role will establish a platform for marketing talent to progress and be provided with engaging career opportunities through regular development rhythms associated with functional competency enhancement.

The preferred candidate for this role will have proven relevant experience of driving a multidisciplined marketing function across multiple countries and product lines. They will also have strong experience in partner program management, digital marketing, lead generation and marketing automation tools and ROI responsibility is highly desired

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business-related discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a global matrix environment
  • Comfortable implementing change successfully.
