Marketing Executive - 1 year fixed term

Fernox is a leading manufacturer of water treatment chemical products, central heating system filters, plumbing consumables and diagnostic testing services. Fernox has pioneered the development of energy efficient products both for traditional and renewable technology in domestic and commercial applications. The business is committed to a progressive Research and Development programme and has invested in an extensive in-house R&D team of scientists based in the UK, US and India.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team in Woking on a one year fixed term contract. You will be working as part of a small, effective team assisting the Marketing Manager and Director in the implementation of Fernox marketing plans in the UK, Europe, US and globally. In this role you will be covering all areas of the marketing mix with the aim to broaden and strengthen the Fernox brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established team and no day will ever be dull! You will get involved with marcoms collatoral including all forms of communication including brochures, social media, website content, advertising, promotions and POS from concept stages to print and end use as well as supporting the wider sales team on trade marketing, channel support and sales promotions.

We are looking for someone who is degree educated with a specialism in marketing or business studies, with at least 5 years solid experience across the whole marketing mix including product and brand marketing. You will be a strong communicator, pro-active and confident in your approach and have worked in a similar type of role. You must have visual and creative flair, and be able to multitask - we will be looking for you to demonstrate this throughout the recruitment process! You will have had experience in leading marketing campaigns and be willing to learn about our industry.
