We are currently recruiting for a unique opportunity for a Personal Injury Team Leader/Fee Earner to join a start-up law firm in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire This is a great opportunity for a Personal Injury Chartered Legal Executive to join a new entrant to the Yorkshire Legal Market in a truly career progressing role. This role would suit someone working in a senior fee earning role at the moment and who is looking to take a step up into leadership.

We are looking for someone who has 3 years PQE as a Legal Executive with strong technical experience and knowledge, strong experience with multi track claims and dealing with a high volume of cases.

As the Team Leader you will assist and support the team's fee earners and claims assistants to ensure they are delivering high levels of customer service by monitoring performance levels against agreed KPI's, managing caseloads, and acting as a referral point for any enquiries. You will be responsible for delivering internal training to all staff at induction and on an ongoing basis when needed and establish excellent relationships with the wider team.

You will also work as a fee earner and will be responsible for handling RTA claims from inception to settlement within the Multi Track. Therefore, you must be able to competently handle Multi Track claims through all aspects of the litigation process

The successful candidate will be forward thinking, assisting the Operations Manager in developing the team and new processes and have previous experience working as a Team Leader within a fast-paced personal injury law environment.
