Well-Funded Flexible Working Proptech Platform. Do you want to build something incredible and set the standard for a new, high-growth industry sector? If so, we would love to hear from you! We’re looking for an energetic, creative Tech Developer / Product Owner to build an end-to-end in-house platform for our business.

Full Stack Developer / Product Lead – Any Tech Stack Proptech / Flexible Working Platform
South West London / Part Remote
£50,000 – £75,000 plus benefits


We're operational in Putney, London but opening more co-working sites across SW London throughout 2021 so you can base yourself in whichever site is most convenient for you. You'd be needed in the office 2-3 days per week but otherwise it's flexible hours and location – your output is the most important thing.

What you’ll be doing / core responsibilities:

We are at an early stage of our evolution, but our ambitions are to build an integrated platform from the ground up which not only supports the operations of the business (bookings, orders etc) but also provides exceptional customer experience, and embeds the flexibility and convenience at the heart of our brand.

Ideally this platform will also provide a way to enable our customers to connect seamlessly with each other depending on their needs, to network and collaborate professionally or simply to meet new people socially.

Because we are an early-stage business, we need our tech solution to be agile and able to develop in line with our expanding and evolving business hence we are looking to build and continually develop our proprietary tech in house.

That’s where you come in…

You’ll be hands-on, taking ideas from discovery to production to build a platform that delivers delightful user experiences to our growing customer base based on our business need and feedback from customers, including: UX, Build, Testing/Q&A & Maintaining brand consistency

With a dual focus on the backend as well as the customer facing UX, you’ll take ownership for your tasks and see features through from start to finish, running the specification and build, shaping our development processes and defining our tech stack. You'll be provided with a high-level roadmap and clear business needs, but you'll have plenty of opportunity to add value throughout and put your stamp on things as you execute.

You’ll work closely / collaborating with the senior team and advisers, helping to evaluate the business and technical performance of new features.

The Full Stack Developer / Product Lead opportunity:

+ You’ll be a key member of a small but growing team

About You:

+ Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
+ An interest in product management, design and the customer experience
+ Experience of designing, implementing, and operating highly scalable web services
+ Have an innate curiosity about new technologies and aspire to combine usability with visual desirability
+ Have a deep understanding and applicable knowledge of Web & Mobile app, and SaaS software development
+ Have an extensive toolkit of skills and platform experience within your arsenal, but be comfortable & open to a variety of platforms and languages, and not wedded to a particular technology or approach
+ Have a solid track record of full stack web and web app development
+ Have experience in building platforms from the bottom up, applying rapid prototyping and iterations of MVPs with short cycle times
+ Be able to handle system administration basics
+ Be someone who will fully own the evolution of our technology stack to make pragmatic, yet bold decisions
+ Be willing and able to establish our agile processes, always with an eye to efficiency
+ Be a considerate coder with strong housekeeping / documentation habits
+ Be a strong written and verbal communicator, able to explain techie things to non-technical people
+ Be able to translate business needs into technical specifications

You’ll also have…

+ Native-level English language skills
+ All the necessary permits to work here in the UK

+ Impactful experience in an early stage startup
+ Experience of building booking / reservations / admin systems
+ Proptech experience
+ Experience with mobile app (Android & iOS) development
