We are currently looking for a Business Change & Compliance Manager to join our successful growing team and manage and drive business change, evolution and efficiency through requirements capture, process re-engineering, operating model ownership and industry standards.
+ Ownership of the company operating model to ensure that new developments are consistent with our principles.
+ Maintain company operating model documentation so it can be used to induct new employees and suppliers/partners.
+ Manage a small, high performing team supporting Business Analysis activities and Compliance/Governance.
+ Demonstrate leadership, effective coaching, mentoring and develop a committed, engaged, and high performing team.
+ Manage capacity and demand, balancing competing priorities to maximise business benefit.
+ Lead requirements capture, analysis, validation, verification and approval as well as making sure that requirements are complete, consistent, feasible and verifiable.
+ Translate business and customer requirements, using data analysis and metrics to drive the right business outcomes.
+ Work cross functionally to effectively design, develop, test and launch scalable solutions and processes that address customer/company needs.
+ Ensure solutions and processes are high quality, meet business and operational performance requirements, while delivering great customer experience.
+ Own and create a business analysis framework and processes, implementing standardisation, increasing the maturity and effectiveness of the team.
+ Drive continual business improvement, seizing every opportunity to streamline and automate.
+ Champion and drive certification to external standards, manage business alignment and compliance.
+ Ensure compliance to industry and regulatory standards.
+ Relevant Business Analysis accreditation
+ Hands on business analysis and/or compliance experience
+ Management experience, including working cross functionally and influencing stakeholders
+ Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
+ Experience of ISO9001 and quality frameworks desirable
