Imtech Inviron are a technical facilities management company. We maintain, install and manage the systems and the provision of services that support the operation of buildings and infrastructure in a wide variety of environments nationwide for our clients.

Due to growth we are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer (Monday - Friday, Days). You will travel throughout Hertfordshire undertaking all PPM routines and reactive attendances of Building Services Mechanical and Electrical equipment at our customers buildings (healthcare settings). This role will participate in an on call rota (additional payment applies).

You must have 18th Edition to be considered for this particular role.

The Role:

  • Undertake all PPM and reactive attendances of Building Services Mechanical / Electrical equipment at the customers buildings
  • Complete all electronic and paper records
  • Maintain good working relationships with the customer, office staff, Helpdesk and the end users
  • Support the achievement of contractual KPI's and SLA's through the management of the PPM routines, statutory compliance programme, attendance to faults and repair processes and compliance with QSHE issues
  • Ensure all maintenance consumables are available and arrange replenishment of all items to ensure stock levels are established
  • Carry out general maintenance and good housekeeping practices and plant room cleaning
  • Report on the performance of any sub-contracted works to your line manager
  • Maintain adherence to both customer and internal policies and procedures
  • Attend to emergency call-out requests according to the local call-out rota arrangements


  • Experience across a range of skills, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration - Multi skilled FM
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
  • 18th Edition is essential
  • Time served apprenticeship
  • Clear communication skills
  • Collaborative approach
  • Basic IT skills
  • Can work on own or part of a team
  • Good written skills
  • Willingness to support overall team
  • You must have a valid full UK driving licence
