Insurance Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced Compliance Officer/Manager within an Insurance and/or financially regulated company and would be interested in joining one of Leicester's quickest growing Insurance Brokers?

Exclusive to IDEX, we are looking for a passionate, career driven compliance professional who is keen for a new challenge for 2021.

As part of your role, you will be working with your colleagues both internally and externally to ensure all the necessary regulatory documents, systems and monitoring are in place and checked as required.

You will also manage and provide support to the Directors in respect of compliance with GDPR and other legislative and regulatory requirements.

Working in a 30-35 strong team, you will be the 'go to' person in the office and look to support your peers both face to face and virtually.

To be considered you must be an experienced Compliance Manager and have a passion for helping people. If you come from the Insurance sector, this would be very attractive but it isn't a pre-requisite. For the right person, they will consider appoint an individual from another regulated industry
