Fully-serviced London law firm is looking to hire a bright, articulate Commercial Property/Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of 6 months' experience to join their busy Real Estate department where they can ideally offer a Training Contract once the new hire has proven their ability, attitude professionalism and gravitas to become a qualified solicitor. This role will only look at applicants who fulfil their Trainee criteria, minimum 2:1 from a leading University with good schooling (At least 1 A and 2 Bs at A'Level) who are LPC qualified. Duties will include assisting two Partners directly with their property transactions and where necessary dealing with post-completion transactional work, including completion of SDLT returns and submission within deadline, serving notices of assignment and making Land Registry applications, assisting on large portfolio transactions, preparing title packs, disclosure bundles and setting up and uploading information into data rooms, communicating effectively and confidently with clients and external solicitors (both in writing and by telephone) to provide advice, negotiate transactions and deal with queries in relation to both post-completion work and own matters, completing property reports and schedules and assisting with various administrative and legal requirements that may arise. Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with offices based in the heart of the City, a short walk from all City of London main line train stations, however this role will be working remotely/from home for the foreseeable yet applicants will need to be prepared to travel to the office should this be required. Candidates need to be law degree / GDL educated with a preference to the LPC too. Salary will be around the £30,000 mark
