A large Preston-based organisation require a temporary Virtual Trainer to work on an exciting project
Your new company
You will join a large, Preston-based organisation who provide and deliver a wide range of exciting projects and programmes on a national scale. A diverse organisation with an excellent track record, an innovative approach and family-orientated culture. Due to continued and sustained success, a new project has arisen whereby resource is required in the form of Virtual Trainers/Coaches.
Your new role
You will work on a specialist project, and be responsible for a wide range of general training activity such as system training, KPI management, soft & interpersonal skills, technical understanding, attitudes and behaviours. You will personally receive training in your role across a number of days, that will provide you with all the right tools and resource, enabling you to deliver excellent results in your role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be friendly, personable and approachable, acting as a point of contact to a wide stakeholder base, who will be requiring your assistance in order to support their development in their role. You will be calm, resilient and remain focused on the main objective at all times, demonstrating task management and attention to detail, at all stages across the training journey.
What you'll get in return
You will work as part of a national project, that will provide you with great exposure, in a temporary role expected to last around 4-6 weeks. This role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, approximately 40 hours per week. You will be paid £12.55 per hour including holiday pay. This is a hybrid role and will initially involve some site-based work in Preston, as well as some remote-based work.
