We are currently recruiting for a number of Payroll Officer vacancies to join an award winning Payroll function in Kent which initially will be working from home. The chosen candidates will be responsible for providing both payroll and pensions advise which will include ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Other responsibilities will include;
Processing payroll from start to finish. Knowledge of payment and deduction types including statutory payments/deductions. Processing starters and leavers and issuing P45. Maintain payroll documentation in line with GDPR requirements Submitting RTI information via an FPS and dealing with HMRC when queries arise. Resolving all pay queries. To apply professionals with experience and knowledge of SAP and Excel along with a good understanding of various pension schemes are advised to get in contact with Halim at Portfolio Payroll.
