Small innovative company, £18m and increasing turnover, developing unique products which turn 40% profits. They are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer who really wants to make a difference to the business and be compensated accordingly. They have a flat structure and the policy is to reward people based on the value they bring. This role would NOT suit an electronics engineer who wants to be part of a big corporate engine. They have many long-standing customers in a variety of sectors including medical, mining and security.
The main focus of this role is to develop circuit boards to process small signals from array sensors, using high speed ADCs, though to VHDL for FPGAs. Every customer wants something different which brings challenges but fosters innovation. The electronics team is currently 5 strong with plans to grow, reporting to the Technical Director.
