After launching a new D2C website for specialist equipment, this industry leading retailer are looking for a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to join their dynamic team in Liverpool. The role will involve taking complete ownership over the new website, digital marketing strategy and growing this arm of the business.

This Liverpool based business are industry leading designers and manufacturers in specialist, custom equipment and item transport solutions. Their established portfolio of customers include Government departments, as well as many leading brands and private sector companies.
The company are proud to have an established UK based design and manufacturing capability, enabling them to develop and source a wide range of bespoke products. Based on their decades of experience and strong manufacturing base, they are able to meet even the most demanding customer requirements.


The Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the following:-
  • Taking ownership of, and managing the online P&L, driving top line growth
  • Take ownership of the Ecommerce website, managing all keywords, uploads, product descriptions and briefs
  • Take ownership of the Ebay and Amazon marketplaces
  • Work with the wider business to develop and implement a high impact digital marketing strategy, with a focus on growing the B2C aspect of the business through various acquisition channels
  • Manage all areas of digital marketing across SEO, PPC, web optimisation, marketplace optimisation, content generation, etc
  • Work with the wider business all online & offline activity to ensure all content adheres to company brand guidelines
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders in the business, B2C clients and external agencies


The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager position will have the following skills and experience:-
  • Experience of running and optimising an Ecommerce website, ideally on Magento
  • Experience managing a large marketing budget
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment is vital, ideally working on a Magento platform
  • Proven & demonstrable experience in growing acquisition channels, predominantly through SEO
  • A good eye for spotting trends in data
  • A strong strategic understanding of acquisition channels, especially search
  • Recent experience working on Google Adwords and Google Analytics
