Continuous Improvement Engineer

A Contiuous Improvement Engineer (CI Engineer) is required for a World Leading Engineering Company based in the UK.

Job: Continuous Improvement Engineer

Location: Torquay.

Salary: £28k-£40k dep on exp.

As the successful Continuous Improvement Engineer you will have the following knowledge and experience:-

*Driving productivityand ensuring productivity targets are achieved.

*Evaluating financial benefits, technical reviews, project approval, allocation and optimisation of resources across production lines.

*Implimenting Change, continuous improvement and managing the culture in alignment with an organisations values and objectives.

*Use of SYSPRO (or equivalent) and legacy business systems.

*Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Techniques,

*Awareness of documentation structure.

*Understanding of KPI metrics.

*Recognised management qualification

*Green Belt or Six Sigma qualification.

*Degree in Engineering.
