A typical day

Handling caseload support to the Solicitors and management including the Residential Conveyancing Manger

Support clients with all day to day matters and research more in-depth complex issues.

Assist with leasehold conveyancing matters

Keeping eyes and ears open for new business opportunities

Speaking to clients

Treating everyone with respect and professionalism at all time

Understanding of CQS, Lexcel and panel memberships

Strengthen the reputation of the team

The successful candidate will have:

Working towards completion of your CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer or qualified

A Discrete manner and respect client confidentiality

Strong written English skills, written and accurate

Attention to detail which is key

A desire to work with existing clients to exceed expectations

The ability to gain referral work

Excellent communication skills

The ability to manage your own time you will not be micro managed in this position

A logical mind who can overcome problems

A positive attitude is key for the office and the clients you are dealing with

A willingness to support the team and your co-workers

An Interest in training and developing your career
