Job Details

LIVENow are looking for a Platform Manager with 2-3 years' experience to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity to assist and support on the delivery of new exciting OTT platform. As Platform Manager, you'll be responsible for helping to manage the delivery of content and projects for a new international video streaming service offering Sport, Music, Fitness, Dance and Entertainment content.

This is a real 'start up' environment, where there is lots of room for development across a portfolio of media and sports businesses.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

· Responsible for ensuring the successful end to end delivery of events

· Implementing processes to effectively manage a large global portfolio of live streaming events

· Producing and maintaining documentation and instructional guides to ensure operational efficiency across the teams

· Setting up events in the LIVENow CMS and coordinating LIVENow's portfolio of events

· Client management of LIVENow partners to assist with the setup of events and ongoing enquiries

· Collaborate with the customer service teams to make sure all customer feedback is fed back and reported

· Willing to work under pressure and out of office hours regularly

· Troubleshooting and issue resolution

Content Management

· Ensuring the LIVENow products are always displaying up to date and relevant content

· Sourcing the best imagery to help sell and promote LIVENow events

· Ensuring all metadata is on brand and punctually correct

Product Management

· Support the product team with researching, benchmarking and competitor analysis to help inform product strategy

· Help to drive continuous improvement in the product by analysing available data including analytics, customer viewing trends and habits, as well personal insight, to create a competitive advantage

· Conduct and manage A/B testing for new product features

· Assist with the vetting process for potential new suppliers on projects. Including, supporting and producing requirements documents

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experienced in managing and delivering multiple projects

· The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

· A driven and enthusiastic outlook, you will be proactive in identifying areas you can add value to

· Experienced in working in operational teams delivering events

· A good understanding of streaming products and services

· Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills

· Basic photoshop or sketch design skills

· Strong organisation, documentation and problem-solving skills

· Able to format and report information clearly and constructively

· Bachelor's Degree (2:1 or higher) required
