Managing a small team of 3 you'll be overseeing the day to day running of the department reporting into the finance manager.
Their style isn't to micromanage and they need someone with enough experience and the confidence to have autonomy in the role and really take ownership
Stepping into the role you'll be able to understand their current processes looking for short but also longer terms changes to support with improvements & developments across the team.
There's a lot happening in the business it's a really key time to join. Currently process is quite manual and this year they're bringing in a new ERP system to fully automate. Ideally, you'll have been in similar projects or worked on fully automated systems so you can be fully engaged with this too.

- Experience of process improvement is essential
