The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on all aspects of digital marketing including presenting a new strategy, new product development, and growing online audiences. Digital project management is a significant part of this role with an opportunity to integrate the digital strategy across the organisation and establish the road map for future development, while leading a dynamic digital marketing team.

Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:-
  • Create innovative, successful and measurable digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and qualified leads to sales
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to create and implement an impactful digital marketing strategy
  • Layer key tactics successfully across marketing automation, online marketing, paid demand generation, social media, media & other channels to attain program success
  • Manage, motivate and develop a dynamic team of marketing executives
  • Engage cross-functional teams through campaign planning and execution lifecycle
  • Landing page testing and redeveloping the website across including SEO strategy
  • Lead scoring and nurture campaigns along with A/B Testing for both acquisition and retention
  • Management and integration of existing salesforce database
  • Track and analyse conversions and website performance
  • Deliver and respond to metrics and continually iterate and evolve the program

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Manager position will have the following skills and experience:-
  • Experience working in the professional service industry
  • Experience using data analysis techniques to improve ROI and create future campaigns
  • Relevant experience working in a full, hands on digital marketing role
  • Experience running in depth automation campaigns
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce will be very advantageous
  • Experience in a results driven marketing environment with an ability to articulate and focus upon ROI at all times
