Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:-
- Create innovative, successful and measurable digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and qualified leads to sales
- Work with the Head of Marketing to create and implement an impactful digital marketing strategy
- Layer key tactics successfully across marketing automation, online marketing, paid demand generation, social media, media & other channels to attain program success
- Manage, motivate and develop a dynamic team of marketing executives
- Engage cross-functional teams through campaign planning and execution lifecycle
- Landing page testing and redeveloping the website across including SEO strategy
- Lead scoring and nurture campaigns along with A/B Testing for both acquisition and retention
- Management and integration of existing salesforce database
- Track and analyse conversions and website performance
- Deliver and respond to metrics and continually iterate and evolve the program
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Manager position will have the following skills and experience:-
- Experience working in the professional service industry
- Experience using data analysis techniques to improve ROI and create future campaigns
- Relevant experience working in a full, hands on digital marketing role
- Experience running in depth automation campaigns
- Experience with Pardot and Salesforce will be very advantageous
- Experience in a results driven marketing environment with an ability to articulate and focus upon ROI at all times
