Working in our financial services team, you will create insight to help us ensure our credit offering is suited to our customers and their evolving needs.
Using a range of data sources, you will develop a deep understanding of our customers' behaviours. Working with partners across the business, your output will be used to guide decision making to deliver the best outcomes for our consumers and the business as we develop new products & services.
Additional role responsibilities of the Customer Insight Manager also include:
Play an active role in campaign planning, providing insights into seasonal trading and new product launches.
Understand what drives loyalty and lifetime value of customers; use this knowledge to help inform the acquisition and retention strategies.
Provide timely, actionable insight and thought leadership through the delivery of strategic recommendations coupled with robust analysis.
Oversee reliable and timely commercial reporting for the financial services division.
Build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders from across the business, understanding what's important to them now and in the future.
Support senior management to understand day-to-day trading performance.
Develop strong relationships with external partners, continually growing our knowledge and identifying best-practice.

What we're looking for in a Customer Insight Manager:
Highly numerate, with strong attention to detail.
Strong commercial acumen, as well as demonstrable experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non-financial business drivers.
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills across a range of functional areas.
Comfortable working with big data sets and rapidly translating results into meaningful analysis and incorporating into forecasts.
Manager and leadership qualities; the ability to easily establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
First class written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex analysis and understandings in a simple and engaging way that elicits action.
You must have experience with SQL and likely one or more additional programming languages and have good capability with MS Office suite.
Previous experience in an online retail business is desirable, but not essential.
