Finance Team Manager

Finance Team Manager - Nottingham - up to £40k

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Team Manager to work for a thriving and recongnised business based Nottingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skill set and lead a small and well established team of staff, as well as be hands on with transactional processing.

Responsibilities:

Supervising and leading a team of staff
Ensuring day to day transaction deadlines are met
Dealing with any escalations
Assisting with any recruitment within the team
Authorising payments in line with deadlines
Maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes
Other duties as required

Ideal candidate:

Previous experience within a managerialrole, leading a small team
IT literate with knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
Good communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships
Able to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
