We are looking to recruit an experienced account handler with at least 3 years account management within an marketing agency or client side experience to work across multiple blue chip accounts within the electronics, industrial and IT markets as part of the media and creative team.This Account Director role is a 12 month fixed-term contract so we are looking for someone who can start in February 2021. However, there is the potential for this role to become perm or to extend beyond the initial 12 months.
To be successful, you must have strong organizational and client liaison skills to enable you to offer top level customer service in a busy and varied role. You will manage a number of existing accounts and be involved in new business activities.
As part of a friendly team and reporting to Head of Advertising, you will need to have a creative mind and must have experience of media planning and buying within the B2B space.
Key functions include:
- Strategic level project management.
- Management of full campaign process from proposal through to reporting, covering creative, production, media, copy delivery, ongoing optimization and reporting.
- Media planning & buying - covering print and digital trade and business media, programmatic, paid search and paid social to meet client objectives.
- Briefing and working with in-house design team on creative and artworking projects.
You would be expected to come to the Luton office at least once per working week, however flexible full time hours and location can all be negotiated and all staff do a mix of home and office working (during Covid the company is still working from home).
