My client is a large, well known legal services provider based in central Leeds , they are extremely busy after winning several new contracts and are currently on the look out for a team leader to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has previous management/ team leading experience, experience motivating a team and assisting them in achieving their set monthly KPI's as well as ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Overall supervision of Bank Reconciliation and Money Transfer team
- Giving support to the team on a daily basis
- Provide cover for Finance Operations Manager and Deputy Operations Manager
- To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the department through the application of innovative thinking
- Resolution of issues that cannot be dealt with by more junior members of the team
- Ensuring records are maintained that comply with the requirements of the Council
- To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within processes and identification of better ways of working
- To work with other team members to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
- Other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by senior finance staff
Skills & Experience required:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Previous Team Leader or Management experience
- Numerate and Assertive with good attention to detail
- Behaves and looks professional at all times paying particular attention to attendance, punctuality and dress code
- Displays a positive attitude at all times.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines & work under pressure
- Able to supervise the workload of a small team
- Displays a flexible, adaptable approach and always rises to new challenges
