Devonshire is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our client, a global print and customer communications outsourcing company.

The Senior Technical Account Manager will be accountable for effectively managing all client interactions/relationships relating to the provision of IT services.

The role is also responsible for service support, covering incident, problem and change management.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong IT background with experience in incident, problem management, and disaster recovery
  • Technical account management knowledge
  • Resource management
  • Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels when required and influence outcomes to deliver benefits to all parties
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent internal and external customer communication skills
  • Experience in leading client negotiations
  • Experience in leading IT service review meetings with the customer to discuss the operational performance of IT through daily/weekly/monthly metrics and analysis
