Lending Manager

Accountable Executive is looking to recruit a Lending Manager for one of our clients in Liverpool on a full time and permanent basis. As a key influencer of the strategic growth plan, this is a really exciting opportunity to help take this property business to the next level.

As Lending/Banking lead, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• New and exisiting lending applications
• Support the board of directors and help with the business growth plan
• Enhance existing client relationships and forge new ones
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before property deals are approved
• Manage the client payments process, be the link between all other external parties and help improve existing processes and procedures.
• Deal with any additional client requests/queries

To succeed in this role you must have:

• Experienced banking or lending experience within the property market sector is essential
• Strong administration and documentation skills relating to banking/lending documents
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Excellent IT and credit skills
• Self-motivated with a can do attitude and having the ability to add value in a small but highly successful team
• Essential that the individual has a hands on approach to their work
