Commercial Manager

Badenoch and Clark are exclusively working with a large PLC based in West London who are seeking a highly commercial individual to join their business.

As a Commercial person you will have:

• Produce accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses across all Route to Market hubs and identify how the business can improve their performance based on the results;
• Provide creative solutions to improve business performance across all hubs;
• Support the Customer Hub team in identifying methods and processes to improve the Consumer business;
• Optimise customer experience;
• Design and implement report analysis of new business cases;
• Effectively partner with key stakeholders across all teams to drive the delivery of business objectives.

Expectations of the ideal candidate:

• Strong excel skills (Tableau, VBA's, Pivot Tables);
• Ability to work in a Matrix Organisation;
• Able to business partner with other teams and provide commercial insight;
• Optimise performance through their strong ability to manipulate data.
