This establishment is outstanding and is specifically for students with moderate learning difficulties. Many have additional and sometimes complex needs, including speech, language and communication difficulties, and behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. Which is why you will need to have experience working with SEND pupils in order to be considered for this role.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

You have the relevant teaching assistant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
You have previous experience working with children with SEND
You are comfortable working with challenging behaviour
You hold excellent interpersonal skills and you can form strong rapports with pupils
You are legally allowed to work in the UK
You possess a valid DBS that is registered on the Update Service or are willing to apply for a new one
