Backbone Connect is a rapidly growing IT Managed Services Business with a focus on providing highly responsive service and a range of integrated infrastructure solutions to businesses across the UK.
The Role:
We are now searching for a creative and experienced Account Manager to join our busy Customer Success Team and to help solve infrastructure challenges for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years experience in a Senior Account Management role and have excellent product knowledge around at least two of the following technologies:

Role Responsibilities:
· Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts and stakeholders
· Provide ongoing support to Senior Account Managers
· Present services and new products to the existing client base
· Explore opportunities within existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling products
· Be the go-between
· Being the primary point of contact, whilst building long term relationships with customers
· Grow and maintain revenue consistently for existing opportunities
· Respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
· Maintain all tasks and account records in Salesforce
