SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Assistant for a well established business in Derby, to join on a full time permanent basis. You will benefit from being part of a large business with a well known name on the market, who will offer the suitable candidate support, open plan working space and on site parking when in the office, and the option to work from home.

Purpose of the Job
Form part of the Finance Team, process supplier invoices, liaise with suppliers both by email and phone regarding outstanding invoices. Chase overdue sales invoices

The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

- Producing daily invoices to customers
- Reconciliations
- Chasing up outstanding debts
- Setting up new clients
- Liaising with various business stakeholders to ensure 100% right first time can be achieved with customers
- Building professional relationships with customers
- Ensuring business cashflow projections are realised.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

- Previous experience in a Sales Ledger/Credit Control capacity
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent literacy skills and administration skills
- Pro-actively work within the team across company
- Good Computer literacy skills
