You will be dealing with customers, collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues to understand the customer's business and needs. You will be responsible for supporting the success of customer CRM implementations, customer engagement and developing a strategy for customer transformation. You will also be expected to assist and guide customers in the execution of their data migration.Key skills for this role
- Proven experience as a BA in Salesforce for end user clients/customers.
- Strong process analysis and data analysis/manipulation skills
- Strong experience dealing with stakeholders
- Experience of implementing CRM solutions is also desirable
