Service Delivery Manager - ITIL, Nottingham, 40k + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join a successful and fast growing organisation in their Nottingham office. This Service Delivery Manager will ideally be ITIL certified, and have experience in problem, incident and change management. As well as experience in implementing new processes and procedures, asset management and device deployment.
This Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the overall service quality of the organisation, managing the provision of technical support through the desktop support and infrastructure teams, making sure KPI's/SLA's are measured and be continually developing the companies processes and procedures. This role will be the interface between all of the internal teams and the suppliers, so excellent communication skills are essential for this position. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that the quality of service is of the highest standard, in a cost-efficient manner. You will work collaboratively with the Head of Service, as well as the internal teams to ensure excellent service standards are met.
This Service Delivery Manager will have excellent communication skills, experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders and adhere to ITIL processes and procedures

Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £40,000 basic salary

- 25 days holiday allowance.
