Financial Analyst

Are you a qualified accountant who enjoys a financial role with a strong analytical bias?

Transparent is working on an exclusive basis with an incredibly high-growth business based in Bishop's Stortford. The business sits within a genuinely exciting industry, working with well-recognised global brands.

Due to the company's exponential growth, a new vacancy has been created. In your role as a Financial Analyst, you would support the Financial Controller and the wider business.

Working in modern offices, and in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, your duties will include:

- Developing and preparing the monthly management accounts reporting package

- Departmental cost analysis

- Global sales analysis

- Regional sales analysis

- Variance analysis

- Cash flow forecasting

- Credit card processor control and reconciliation

- Prepayments and accruals

- Support with ad hoc projects

This is a stand-alone role in a supportive and forward-thinking finance function, and would suit a qualified accountant with c3 years' PQE.

The Person:

- Qualified accountant

- Strong analytical skills and proven experience

- Robust Excel skills

- Well-developed reporting skills

In return, our client is offering a competitive base salary together with healthy annual pay reviews, plus an annual bonus based on revenue (discretionary).

Their standard working hours are 08.30-17.30 Monday to Friday, however, there is flexibility around the start and finish times.
