Are you swamped by your current span of control?

Do you find yourself having very little time to add real value?

This may well be the ideal role for you as you will work closely with a small team of quality Financial and Mortgage Advisers to support them from a compliance, competence and efficiency perspective.

You won't be a box checker... you will ideally have walked the walk as an Adviser previously

You will be knowledgeable when it comes to advice standards, regulatory requirements and be solutions orientated in your approach.

Coaching, supporting and developing advisers - working in true partnership.

Commercially savvy and able to balance both commercials and compliance

You will be diploma qualified as a minimum with previous supervisory experience in an advisory setting.
