Job Details
Our client is a leading corporate recovery boutique with a strong presence across the UK. The firm's success is down to a combination of transparency, friendly culture and a very healthy remuneration structure. It has a strong Corporate Finance practice in London and the South East working in all sectors in the SME marketplace and is now looking to expand this offering to its Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Nottingham offices. They would also be interested in talking to people in London.
As Partner you will be responsible for expanding the group's Corporate Finance department offering advice across both M&A and transaction support covering acquisitions, disposals and the raising of finance / investment. Business development will be a key component of the role with a view in the longer term to growing the department and helping the team's development across its platform, both locally and nationally. Having an appreciation for quality and performance you will be able to help shape the department in a manner which reflects your and the firm's values. In addition to winning new business, hiring and developing junior members of the team will require a strong team player with hands-on managerial experience.
Ideal candidate will be a Corporate Finance Director/Partner, skilled and experienced in successfully completing complex transactions.
