Role: Manager of Apprenticeships Type: Interim Location: Merseyside
Eden Brown are currently looking to appoint an Interim Manager of Apprenticeships on behalf of a leading Further Education College in Merseyside.
This successful candidate will be required to manage Assessors and delivery staff to ensure all KPIs are achieved consistently across the curriculum. You will also undertake quality assurance and improvement activities and monitor regulatory compliance as well as handle quality assurance and improvement activities.
To apply for the role you will:
* Have the ability to lead, manage and motivate staff to achieve the highest level of quality and performance * Have Current knowledge of Apprenticeship compliance, funding requirements and current frameworks/standards * A thorough understanding of Ofsted expectations relating to the delivery of the Apprenticeship provision * Be educated to degree level
A DBS is also needed for this role, if you do not have a current DBS Eden Brown can apply for one on your behalf.
This role is to start as soon as possible and will run until the end of the academic year.
