Commercial Insurance Account Handler

Salary up to £30k DOE

Based: Luton

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person who has gained at least 2 years Commercial Insurance experience, who would like to expand their skills and knowledge as this broker are renowned for their ongoing training and development, whilst this also represents a great opportunity for a more experienced Account Handler, looking for a new challenge

You will be responsible for the servicing of new and existing Commercial Insurance clients, being tasked with winning new commercial business to. You will also handle renewals for new and existing clients, as well as liaising with Insurers/Underwriters.

The successful candidates will be able to:
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability Ideally,
  • you will have a good standard of general education
  • with a minimum of 2 years' experience in either Commercial Insurance or Commercial Insurance Broking including New Business Development.

You will also be given the opportunity to study for nationally recognized professional qualifications. If you take the initiative, our policy of in-house promotion will ensure you have plenty of scope to progress, as your skills develop.

Salary on offer is £25-30K depending on skills and experience.

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday's (8.30am-12.30pm)
