Are you a senior analytics manager looking for an opportunity to challenge yourself in an established financial service company based in a central London location? This may be the perfect opportunity you're looking for if you have a technical background in SAS, SQL, or Python but now pay closer attention to the commercial overview of insightful projects related to business performance.

THE ROLE

As a senior analytics manager, you will be a key senior figure overseeing projects surrounding areas such as:
  • Conducting in-depth analysis to gain customer insight and then utilizing this information to drive strategic marketing decisions
  • Using Python and SQL to analyse data to analyse the effeteness of marketing channels
  • Understanding and reporting drivers of business performance to key stakeholders
  • How to increase acquisition of new customers and optimisation of marketing spends
  • Developing attribution, churn, propensity and clustering
  • Using your own expertise to come up with innovative solutions to solve potential problems on the data that is gathered

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university
  • Proficient in SQL having utilised it in a commercial role previously#
  • Knowledge of R, Python or other similar would be beneficial
  • Experience in a commercial role with a focus on customer insight and using statistical models such as data mining, predictive modelling, attribution, and customer forecasting
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to communicate to tech and non-tech audiences including key stakeholders regarding justification and optimization of marketing spends
  • Commercial experience of managing a team of analysts who derive customer related insight
