SEN - Teacher Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant - Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge Area

I am currently working with schools on short and long term temporary roles in the Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge area. We are looking for outstanding teaching assistants to join these schools and become part of their well-established and progressive teams. You will need to have a strong personality and be willing and capable to deal with challenging situations. This can be a difficult job at times but it will be extremely rewarding every single day and you will love going to work each day.

The Role:

• Assisting and engaging the children with basic tasks
• Supporting the teacher with the daily running of the classroom
• Support the child with their education either on a one to one basis or within a small group
• Full time or part time (flexible)
• Competitive rates of pay

What you will need:

• Teaching assistant experience in a SEN school or on a 1-1 basis
• Experience working with children (educational or support)
• A highly enthusiastic and motivated individual
• DBS (we can support with this)
