The firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Solicitor to join their modern, and growing Leeds office.
You will deal with a broad client base covering many industry sectors, the sheer level of variety will make for an interesting caseload.
The firm are often acting on large Commercial, Corporate matters working with Technology, Media, Sports, Financial and FTSE 250 companies.
You will work on a range of contentious matters to include; IP rights, designs, trademark disputes and copyright disputes work.
Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.Requirements
- You will be an Intellectual Property Solicitor with 4 years PQE
- The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
- You will have good commercial experience
- You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
