Research Engineer Optics

Excellent role on offer for a Research and Development Engineer looking to play a pivotal role within a leading company where you will be heavily involved in the Development of state of the art, innovative products.

Do you have previous experience in an R&D or a research based Product Development role where innovation and creativity is key? Do you have a background in bringing High precision, Electro-mechanical products to market?

This company design and manufacture bespoke products and are market leaders in their industry. They have been going from strength to strength and are renowned for their quality and fantastic customer service, making them a go-to company for many high profile clients.

In this role you will be working with members of the R&D team, you will take a lead in certain R&D projects ensuring the exploration and promotion of adopting these new technologies whilst prototyping, testing and developing new concepts. This role will require a creative, innovative Engineer and you will play a pivotal role in the development of new products.

This role would therefore suit a Development Engineer whom has experience within a high precision, innovative industry, looking to join a forward thinking company that offers fantastic progression and training to develop your skills.

The Role

• R&D Engineer
• Working in a High precision, Technical environment
• Exploration and promotion of adopting these new technologies whilst prototyping, testing and developing new concepts
• £55,000- £60,000 + Training + Benefits

The Person

• Previous R&D or Product Development experience- Creativity and Innovation is key
• Experience with bringing Electro-Mechanical products to market
• Looking to join a growing company
• Lives local or willing to commute to Woking
