Network Infrastructure Manager

Network Infrastructure Manager required for my client based in East Anglia for a 6 month FTC paying circa £47K.

This is a remote role but you may be required to visit the client site as needed for urgent issues.

You will be managing a team of technical Engineers so will need prior experience of this.

You will have experience of working in an Enterprise level organisation (2000+ users)

The role will involve:

Leading and developing a highly technical team

Prioritising team workload ensuring service delivery, project delivery and client satisfaction

Collaboration with third party vendors, including attending regular service reviews

Delivery of cyber security work packages, understanding the business and information risk level

Reviewing the effectiveness of controls and proposing security enhancements

You will be the contact point for the Infrastructure team leaders, your communication skills should be excellent.

You should have a passion for and understanding of cyber security trends and threats.

Mix of projects and ensuring network and servers up and running. Migrations, upgrades, managing escalations

Projects happening include windows 2008 decommissioning, active directory decommissioning, network refresh, AP replacement.
