Job Details
Our prestigious client is looking for an Interim Operations Director to temporarily join their team for a fixed term of 6 months. This position would be working remotely until restrictions are lifted. .
Essential requirement;
- Qualified to post-graduate level
- Experience of interim management at a senior level
- Experience of leading customer service teams/functions at a senior level
- Experience of operating in a regulated environment
The two major tasks throughout this role will encompass Customer Services and Change Management Oversight.
