Finance Business Partner - Leicester - Competitive Salary

This role focuses on business partnering the trading and commercial teams, supporting them with insightful Management Information. Our client has a clear focus on the customer, and although you will be Qualified Accountant capable of getting into the detail (expert Excel skills would be useful), your main objective is to understand the commercial trends and provide critical support to the operations teams in their quest to drive profit and revenue. This is a highly visible role within the organisation and would suit a candidate looking to fast track their career. Essential to your success is expert stakeholder management, the ability to get buy in at all levels, and to be seen as critical addition to the overall success of the business. (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) Qualification with strong experience in a commercial environment is essential.
General Duties & Responsibilities

Finance Business partner / Decision Support for all areas of the Business.
Present industry, competitor, consumer and economic trends to provide context.
Advise on key business planning assumptions, risks, opportunities and correction plans.
Support future strategic planning and target setting.
Partner respective Business areas from a Finance perspective.
Develop KPI analysis both financial and operational, revenue and profitability analysis
Building a greater understanding and helping to drive the profitable success of the overall business.
Provide insight and analysis in assisting the team to ensure targets and goals are met
ROI analysis by channel
Continuous performance management and Budget optimisation with stakeholders
Monthly reporting schedules prepared for the Corporate board.
