Do you want to join a well-established, private training provider as their next Quality Manager?

Over the last 10 years our client has experienced continued growth, delivering Adult Education and Apprenticeships across a range of different sectors including Health and Social Care. As the Quality Manager you will directly manage and support the delivery team, overseeing and continuing growth across all areas of the provision.
  • Salary negotiable DOE - up to £40,000 per annum

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Quality Manager that is seeking a varied role, ensuring quality and training is of the highest standard within delivery and to be accountable for the organisations Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). You will oversee IQA / Programme Managers to ensure consistency of quality assurance as well as assessment across qualifications within all sectors.

Responsibilities of the Quality Manager:
  • Responsible for planning, managing, delivering and evaluating programmes
  • Managing and supporting the development and improvement of programmes
  • Conduct robust self-assessment and lead the implementation of the QIP
  • Effectively managing a team of Employability coaches and Assessors, setting KPI's and implementing additional training where required
  • Promote and monitor high standards of attainment, success rates, progress and outcomes
  • Take full responsibility for the Audit process and to ensure compliance in meeting funding requirements
  • Sample and monitor the work of IQAs according to the centre strategy
  • Identifying training requirements for Assessors and IQA's~
  • Maintain strong working relationships with External Quality Assurers (EQA) and other professionals as required

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A teaching qualification at level 4 or above (PGCE / CTLLS / DTLLS)
  • Assessment and Internal Verification / Quality Assurance Qualification (A1/ CAVA / V1 / IQA)
  • Proven track record as a delivering quality and relevant up to date knowledge within the sector
  • Occupational competency managing a team
  • Knowledge and understanding of Legislative and Qualification requirements
